Hi, my name is Leszek Cieslinski — Founder and CEO of Cieslinski Consulting GmbH, a company dedicated to transforming the Flexible Packaging industry through long‑term sustainable CAPEX investment management and impactful Operational Excellence implementation.

About Me

With more than 23 years of hands‑on experience in the Flexible Packaging industry, I have developed deep expertise across all major manufacturing processes. Today, I leverage this experience to help companies optimize operations, strengthen manufacturing capabilities, and execute strategic investments with confidence.

My career began in Maintenance and Engineering leadership roles across Poland and Malaysia. During this time, I implemented Preventive Maintenance programs, CMMS systems, machine relocations, retrofits, new equipment installations, factory expansions, and major infrastructure projects.

In 2013, I joined Constantia Flexibles as Group CAPEX Project Manager and later advanced to Vice President Technical Integration and Development. In this capacity, I successfully led more than 45 CAPEX projects worldwide, ranging from Greenfield developments (e.g., EcoFlex Ahmedabad) to Brownfield expansions, RTO installations, and Solvent Recovery plants. I also delivered numerous Operational Excellence initiatives and led post‑merger operational integration across South African and Indian subclusters.

In 2022, I joined adapa Group (formerly Schur Flexibles), where I served as Technical Integration Manager, Head of Technical Application Service, Head of R&D, and Head of Strategic Project Operations. During this period, I played a key role in major CAPEX projects, executed OE savings programs, drove R&D developments, and led group‑wide ERP, Quality, and CMMS rollouts.

In 2025, I founded Cieslinski Consulting GmbH with a clear mission:
To become a globally recognized consulting partner, supporting companies in navigating the complex and demanding world of Flexible Packaging.
