Hi, My name is Leszek Cieslinski

Founder and CEO of Cieslinski Consulting GmbH, dedicated to transforming the Flexible Packaging industry through long term sustainable Capex investment management and Operational Excellence project implementation.

Personal profile:

From 23+ years actively working in Flexible Packaging industry I have gained vast knowledge about all flexible packaging manufacturing processes which now I can offer to my clients.

For first 10 years was leading Maintenance and Engineering departments in Poland and Malaysia. Where I've implemented Preventive Maintenance, CMMS systems, machine relocations, retrofits, new machines and infrastructure installation, factory expansions, etc.

In 2013 I have joined Constantia Flexibles and become Group Capex Project Manager which after 4 years converted to Vice President Technical Integration and Development role.

I was leading 45 + Capex project worldwide from Green Field (EcoFlex Ahmedabad), Braun fields project to RTOs and Solvent Recover Plant. Below you can find list of my projects. Additionally I have delivered numerous Operational Excellence projects and lead operations post-merger integration of South African and Indian subclusters.

From 2022 I have joined adapa (former Schur Flexibles) were I acted as Technical Integration Manager, Head of Technical Application Service, Head of R&D and Head of Strategic Project Operations.

I have played leading role in 5 Capex project, executed OE saving projects, delivered R&D development projects. ERP, Quality and CMMS Group wide software roll-outs.

In 2025 I have founded Cieslinski Consulting GmbH with personal mission to become world wide recognized consultant supporting others in journey thru difficult and complex Flexible Packaging world.
